The location is nice, the hotel is close to the center within the old walls. Room was nice, large and clean, recently renovated. There was a kitchen and a fridge in the room.
If you want to walk to the center, you have to climb lots of steps. The kitchen was not well equipped (no glasses, no knives)

Clean. Not far from from the center. Not far from the railway station. Not far from the shopping streets. Close to the bus stop.
The staff doesn't speak English. The hotel is on the 3 floor, no lift.

Very clean and stylish room.
Staff does not speak any languages, at all - only in Italian. Hard to communicate in this way. There is no elevator - only for sporty tourists, the hotel is on the 2nd floor in an old, tall building. Far from the city center and the Central Station....there are several bus lines you can take anyway, however it is not easy to find out which bus takes you where...

The hotel is located close to Central station, so it took about 10 minutes to get it. Also it is not far to the main street/ center which was very convenient. Room is nice and clean with all that you need for the rest including air-conditioner. Very good balance between price and quality.
It would be good if personal would be english speaking...

A very helpful staff, wich offers maps and a lot of information about the transportation, the sights and the restaurants. The rooms are big, spacious and very cleany. The rooms don t have a refrigerator, but the staff allowed you to put your things in the hotel refrigerator. A good location with many conections to the centre.

The Hotel is in an old Sicilian building on the top floor, the room was big, clean with very good wc. The morning coffee prepared by the grandpa (the owner I guess) was the best I had in Sicily. So if you want a typical Sicilian room go on. Two thumbs up!!!
The staff spoke only 3 words of English (or maybe there were 2?). The breakfast was mediocre, but who cares about that and it gets pretty loud in the morning from the street.

Only the location
The rooms are at the third floor and there is no lift. Also be careful that you will have enough cash as the owner insist to be paid by cash and not by VISA card.

The house looks a little crappy from outside, but very nice and clean from the inside. It's near the city center and the owners are really friendly. If you don't speak Italian, bring your dictionary. They speak no English or any other language. Still, they try their best to help you with anything you need.
